Description:
Cetyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol derived from natural oils such as coconut or palm. Unlike drying alcohols, it is waxy, emollient, and conditioning. It boosts viscosity, stabilizes emulsions, and gives creams and lotions a smooth, velvety feel. Widely used in skincare, haircare, and cosmetic formulations for texture enhancement and moisturization.

Insoluble in water; soluble in oils and alcohols.
